We are a multi-million dollar home improvement company expanding our Ambassador Team in San Diego—and we’re looking for the best of the best.
This is NOT a call center job.
You’ll be working at events, retail locations, and high-traffic areas, engaging with homeowners and setting free, no-obligation estimates for our sales team.
We generate thousands of inbound leads and invest heavily in marketing—you’ll be working with warm opportunities, not going in blind.

What You’ll Do:
• Engage with homeowners at events and retail locations

• Generate interest and set appointments for our sales team

• Represent our brand with energy and professionalism

• Work with a steady flow of warm opportunities


What We’re Looking For:
• Outgoing, confident, and great with people

• Money-motivated and career-driven

• Experience in promotions, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus

• Strong communication skills
