Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing events and marketing team. This role involves supporting live events, nonprofit fundraisers, and promotional campaigns through hands-on setup, guest engagement, and on-site coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in event planning, marketing, public relations, or nonprofit outreach. No prior experience is required—full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of events, booths, and promotional displays
• Support event staff and managers during live activations and campaigns
• Engage with attendees, donors, and customers in a professional manner
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand awareness efforts
• Help manage event flow, registration, and attendee sign-ins
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-prepared event spaces
• Represent client brands and nonprofit partners positively
• Provide general support to ensure successful event execution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments

Preferred (Not Required)

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience
