Aria Group is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our architectural and design studio—contributing to creative concepts while expanding your technical expertise across all phases of a project.

What You’ll Do

As an Interior Designer at Aria Group, you will play a key role in both the creative and technical development of projects from concept through construction, collaborating with the design team to translate project vision into renderings, presentations, and detailed documentation. You’ll assist with concept research, floor planning, and space massing while contributing to design features and construction details, and support the preparation of design, bid, and construction documents with a strong focus on precision in drafting and Revit modeling. In this role, you’ll research and evaluate materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), contribute to functional and code-compliant space planning, and assist with shop drawing and RFI reviews during construction. You’ll actively participate in design problem-solving, maintain clear communication with team members, and follow Aria Group’s established processes, all while building a multidisciplinary skill set and expanding your knowledge of materials, building systems, life safety, ADA compliance, and current design trends, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive studio environment aligned with the firm’s mission, vision, and values.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 1-3 years of experience in an architecture or design firm
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment design is a plus
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft Office (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for the Architectural Designer position is $52,000 – $66,000 , based on experience, education, and qualifications.
