Are You An Operator? (Qualifications)

Proven Lead Experience: You have a track record of leading residential projects from start to finish without hand-holding.
Problem Solver: You don't bring problems to the office; you bring solutions.
Physical & Professional Readiness: Clean driving record, ability to handle the physical demands of the trade, and a professional presence that commands respect.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:

The Standard (What You Must Execute)

Total Ownership: You run residential service and installation jobs from diagnosis to completion. You own the outcome, the customer experience, and the solution.
Technical Precision: Your work is clean, code-compliant, and professional. You don't cut corners; you sharpen them.
Logistical Discipline: You perform accurate material takeoffs and ensure your truck is stocked and organized. You arrive ready to win, not to "figure it out" on the customer's time.
Clear Communication: You translate complex plumbing issues into clear options for homeowners and provide concise updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

Non-Negotiables

Strong documentation habits (photos, notes, job close-out)
Professional, ethical presentation of options to homeowners
Consistent on-time readiness with a stocked, organized truck
