Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Ayer, MA. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex manufacturing processes into clear, effective training materials, workflows, and job documentation. You will work closely with machine operators, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop content that improves process understanding, supports compliance, and enhances workforce performance.
