Role Summary

This position involves coordinating and tracking various project activities related to VOIP deployment and IT infrastructure. The role requires liaising with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and deployment teams to ensure smooth project execution. It demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Attend recurring project meetings to capture key updates, risks, and action items.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of project progress, open requests, and workstream updates.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams, deployment teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and dependencies consistently and clearly.
• Ensure requests and updates are routed appropriately to the correct teams.
• Intake, track, and follow up on incoming project requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, including deployment milestones, timelines, risks, and blockers.
• Support VOIP deployment efforts through coordination and operational assistance.
• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams to facilitate project continuity and success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and track multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments.
• Preferred experience supporting telecom or VOIP deployments.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure or technical deployment projects is a plus.
• Previous work experience in healthcare or multi-site environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work in a fully remote setting.

Publishing Pay Range: $34.89 – $38.13 hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
