**Full Job Description**

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings or warehouse visits as needed. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, highly organized, and experienced in building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting new business customers through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and follow-ups. You will promote and sell our products, including disposable food packaging, printed plastic cups, custom printed apparel, and more.

As the main point of contact for your customers, you will work closely with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth communication, accurate order processing, and excellent customer service from start to finish.

This is a commission-only opportunity with strong income potential for driven individuals who are motivated by sales performance and relationship building.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Contact potential customers through phone, email, and outbound sales efforts
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
* Manage customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact
* Coordinate with warehouse and operations departments regarding production, inventory, and order updates
* Follow up on leads, quotes, and ongoing projects
* Maintain organized customer records and communication history
* Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
* Represent the company professionally at all times

**Education & Experience**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 3–5 years of sales, customer service, account management, or related experience preferred
* Experience in sales, printing, packaging, apparel, or B2B sales is a plus

**Knowledge & Skills**

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent phone and email communication abilities
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn company systems/software
* Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sales-driven mindset
